Natalia Borisovna Kozlova, Director
founded Progressive Women in 1995 with a group of other women. Since then, she has worked extensively on issues of human rights, feminist leadership, conflict resolution, domestic violence and the prevention of human trafficking — on projects both international and within Ukraine.

Larisa Viktorivna Postupaylo, Office Manager
the only paid staff member for Progressive Women responsible for answering the Human Trafficking Hotline. She screens calls and gives answers to specific questions that anonymous callers may have about “opportunities” to work abroad that seem too good to be true, which they often are. Larissa also refers callers to possible legal & medical assistance when needed. She also manages accounting and bookeeping.

Virginia Lee Roberts, Peace Corps Volunteer, Group 32
Virginia Lee comes to Progressive Women from Santa Cruz, California, where she worked in the Psychology Department at the University of California from 2000-07. In addition, she has written two books and has had a career as a journalist in the media since 1979 – for New Dimensions radio, Yoga Journal, Common Ground magazine and Good Times weekly newspaper in Santa Cruz. As part of her Peace Corps service in Ukraine from 2007-09, Virginia Lee has been responsible for developing this website. She has also been teaching yoga in Vinntysia.
